Massage Therapy
Massage therapy is the manipulation of soft tissues of the body including muscles, connective tissue, tendons, ligaments and joints. Massage therapy helps alleviate the discomfort associated with every day occupational stresses, muscular over-use and many chronic pain conditions.
An appointment includes interview, assessment of the areas of concern, treatment using manual techniques with hands, forearms and elbows to reach treatment goals. Followed by post-treatment check in and home care to help the client reach their goals.
Pregnancy Massage
Massage therapy can help with the physical changes the body goes through during pregnancy, as well as help to prepare the body for delivery. Special care is taken to ensure mom and baby are safe and comfortable. Options include side-lying treatment or the use of a body cushion that creates space for your belly while supporting the body.
Cupping Therapy
Cupping therapy uses plastic cups with a suction gun to create a controlled amount of suction, lifting the tissue. This lifts and creates space in the layers of tissue increasing blood flow to the superficial tissue and getting rid of stagnation. Cupping therapy can be helpful with scar tissue or restrictions, lymphatic flow and promoting healthy tissue.

Cancellation Policy
Please note that 24 hours notice is required for any cancellations or changes to your appointment. Patients who provide less than 24 hours notice, or miss their appointment, will be subject to a cancellation fee.
